FXSeeker Terms & Conditions

Welcome to FXSeeker. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the FXSeeker plugin and website (FX-Seeker.com). FXSeeker is operated by Buksa Digital LTD (“us”, “we”, or “our”). By accessing or using FXSeeker, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

The plugin, its original content, features, functionality, and design elements are and will remain the exclusive property of Buksa Digital LTD and its licensors.

Upon your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, Buksa Digital LTD grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FXSeeker for your personal or professional projects, subject to the type of license you purchase:

• Basic License: Use on 1 Device
• Pro License: Use on up to 2 Devices
• Studio License: Use on up to 4 Devices

You agree not to use FXSeeker in any manner that is illegal, unethical, or in any way harmful to Buksa Digital LTD or any third party. Reverse-engineering, distributing unauthorized copies, or creating derivative works of FXSeeker is strictly prohibited.

FXSeeker is designed to work with Adobe Premiere Pro. Compatibility may vary based on the version of Adobe Premiere Pro and the operating system. Users are responsible for ensuring their system meets the requirements.

Buksa Digital LTD will provide support and periodic updates for FXSeeker. We do not guarantee that all updates will be free of charge.

FXSeeker is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Buksa Digital LTD does not guarantee that the plugin will meet your requirements or operate without interruption or errors.

Buksa Digital LTD’s liability for any damages related to the FXSeeker plugin shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license. This limitation applies to all claims, including, without limitation, breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, or any other legal theory.

To use FXSeeker, you must have an active internet connection. The plugin utilizes online features and services that require internet access to function correctly. Your ability to use FXSeeker may be affected by the quality and speed of your internet connection.

These Terms & Conditions are effective until terminated. You or Buksa Digital LTD may terminate the agreement at any time upon notice to the other party. Upon termination, you must cease all use of FXSeeker and destroy all copies.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
